RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Julia Bars Art we strive to provide best quality products and customer service. Please read the item description carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVEIf your item has a significant defect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, with pictures, clearly showing the defect. After receiving the proof of defect we will gladly send you a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns on home décor items, art prints and jewelry in cases when Buyer changed their mind, ordered wrong size and/or color, or did not read the item description and/or site Policies.

 ***All home décor items and art prints are unique creations. Each item made only when orderedJuliaBarsArt does not carry inventory and can't accept returns or exchanges. Also, with so many people suffering from allergies, we want to make sure that our customers receive a newly made and allergens free products. 

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS will not be accepted. Our items are made by various manufacturers and shipped from various locations. These locations do not process payments or returns/refunds. We are not responsible for the items sent to unauthorized address.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations accepted within 5 hours from the time of purchase. Because we want to deliver your order as fast as possible, production begins soon after order is received. If for any reason you want to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 5 hours from the time of purchase. Once your order in production, we can't accept cancellation or make any changes.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Due to nature of the digital products all sales are final. However we will do our best to answer your questions and help to resolve any issues.‚Äč

Julia Bars Art is located in Montreal, Canada. All our items are made in and shipped from USA. Some items, such as shower curtains and bath mats (and some other) could be made with imported materials.
