SHIPPING: Currently we ship to USA only.
Customers are responsible for paying all applicable custom and brokerage fees in your country upon delivery of your package. We have no knowledge or control over those fees and not authorized to collect them, nor are they included in your purchase price or shipping costs. N/a to USA customers.
RETURNS: We strive to provide best quality products and customer service. Please read the item description carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with pictures, clearly showing the damage or defect. After receiving the proof of damage we will gladly send you a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns on HOME DECOR ITEMS, CLOTHING and GICLEE ART PRINTS in cases where Buyer changed their mind, ordered wrong size and/or color, or didn't read the item description and/or site Policies.
***All home décor items, clothing and giclee prints are unique creations and can't be purchased anywhere else. Each item made specifically for you when ordered. JuliaBarsArt does not carry an inventory and can't accept returns or exchanges. Also, with so many people suffering from allergies, we want to make sure that our customers receive a newly made and allergens (pets and smoke) free home décor products.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS will not be accepted. We are not responsible for unauthorized return packages that get lost on the way back to sender.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Due to nature of the digital products all sales are final. However we will do our best to answer your questions and help to resolve any issues.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Because we want to deliver your order as soon as possible, production begins soon after order is received. If for any reason you want to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 4 hours from the time of purchasing. Once your order is in production, the fabric has been printed and cut, we can't accept cancellation or make any changes to your order.
INCORRECT / INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: No refunds will be issued for packages, lost due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by the Buyer.
OUR PRODUCTS: All out products are unique creations and are not sold in department stores. Each item is only made when ordered according to customer's specifications such as size, design/color and fabric.
WHERE IT'S MADE: All items are made/printed in USA. Some items are made of imported fabric.
PRICES: Julia Bars Art reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
COLORS: Because each computer monitor is different, the colors you see on your screen may vary in "temperature" from the actual printed product. Due to printing process and different fabric properties, slight color deviations may or may not occur.
