Julia Bars Art will charge applicable sales taxes on physical and digital products shipped within Canada.

International customers. It's customer's responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes and customs clearance fees upon arrival of your order according to your country's laws and regulations.



JuliaBarsFineArt.com accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
​You can choose your preferred method of payment at the checkout.
This site has SSL certificate that ensures the secure checkout process.
If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay with any major credit card via PayPal, using guest checkout feature. No account set up is needed.

IMPORTANT! Please make sure that your shipping address linked to your PayPal account or your Credit Card is up-to-date. If you realize that you provided a wrong address, please contact us no later than 5 hours after the purchase so we can cancel your order and you can repurchase with the correct address. After 5 hours your order will be already in production and can't be cancelled or modified.



We ship to USA, Canada, some European countries, Israel and Australia. Heavy items such as stretched art prints can be shipped to USA and Canada only. If you don't see your country in the list, please contact us for a shipping quote.

● Paintings are shipped by Expedited Post / USPS or UPS in 2-3 business days after receiving a cleared payment. Tracking number and insurance provided.
Art Prints are made-to-order and shipped via FedEx or UPS within 4-6 business days after receiving a cleared payment. Tracking number provided.

● Decorative Pillow Covers, Bedding, Shower Curtains, Decorative Rugs and Tapestries are made-to-order and shipped via USPS or UPS within 5-10 business days after receiving a cleared payment. Tracking number provided. 

*** Customers are responsible for paying all applicable custom and brokerage fees in your country upon delivery of your package. We have no knowledge or control over those fees and not authorized to collect them, nor are they included in your purchase price or shipping costs.



Rest assured that we strive to provide best quality products and customer service. Please read the item description carefully and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGEDIf your item is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with pictures, clearly showing the damage or defect. After receiving the proof of damage we will gladly send you a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns on HOME DECOR ITEMS, CLOTHING and GICLEE ART PRINTS in cases where Buyer changed their mind, ordered wrong size and/or color, or did't read the item description and/or site Policies.

***All home decor items, clothing and giclee prints are unique creations and can't be purchased anywhere else. Each item made specifically for you when ordered. JuliaBarsArt does not carry an inventory and can't accept returns or exchanges. Also, with so many people suffering from allergies, we want to make sure that our customers receive a newly made and allergens (pets and smoke) free home decor products.

● UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS will not be accepted. We are not responsible for unauthorized return packages that get lost on the way back to sender.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your painting, you can return or exchange it. 

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to authorize the return.
  • The Artwork must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery in original package and condition with insurance and tracking number. 
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Refund for the cost of Artwork, excluding shipping and handling cost, will be issued after receiving the Artwork back in original condition.


● DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Due to nature of the digital products all sales are final. However we will do our best to answer your questions and help to resolve any issues.​



Production begins soon after order is received. If for any reason you want to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 5 hours from the time of purchasing. Once your order has begun processing, we can't accept cancellation. Thank you for understanding.



If Buyer refused a package, failed to claim a package at the Post Office or failed to reschedule a delivery with their Postmaster, the package is considered "unclaimed". If the package returns to us unclaimed, only the original purchase price minus shipping cost and 25% fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for lost "unclaimed" packages.



If package returns to us deemed "Undeliverable as Addressed" due to an incorrect or incomplete address, provided by the Buyer, only item price minus 25% fee will be refunded. The shipping cost is not refundable.

No refunds will be issued for lost packages, deemed "Undeliverable as Addressed" due to an incorrect or incomplete address, provided by the Buyer. Packages, delivered to incorrect and/or old address and not returned to us, will not be refunded. It is a Buyer's responsibility to verify and provide the correct address during the check out.



Because each computer monitor is different, the colors you see on your screen may vary in "temperature" from the actual printed product. Due to printing process and different fabric properties, slight color deviations may or may not occur.



All items are made/printed in USA and Canada. Some items are made of imported fabric.
